PEPL in collaboration with Lockheed Martin successfully completed a continuous 100 h test on PEPL’s new H9 Hall effect thruster. Lab members supported the test around the clock monitoring thruster and facility health. This was the first demonstration of the recently-upgrade Large Vacuum Test Facility’s capability to support high-power (> 6 kW) short duration wear tests.
