    • Leverage DURIP funds and NDSEG, NSF, NASA GSRP fellowships
  • AFRL/RZ collaboration with AFOSR to focus academic investments in four Thrust Areas of fundamental research
    1. High-Power Plasma Propulsion
    2. Electrospray Propulsion
    3. Time-Resolved Plasma Diagnostics
    4. Modeling and Simulation
