This 40-cm outer diameter thruster is a low-voltage annular field reversed configuration plasma device operated by a 10-kJ pulsed power facility at the AFRL.

XOCOT discharge DICAM photos including typical formation and compression regimes during a 250-µs discharge. This series of photos spans about 60 µs.
